As WAC has mentioned, the white messages belong to a certain Juan Miguel Suarez III, a former Smartmatic PCOS operator who was then 'working' for the Liberal Party (LP), while the blue messages belong to WAC's unnamed informant from the Poe-Escudero camp. The supposed exchange of messages were said to have been done last April 1, 2016 only.
Interestingly, the names of Atty. Glen Chong (former Congressman from Lone District of Biliran) and Senator Franklin Drilon were mentioned during the conversation. According to Suarez, he was tasked to do something but was not paid (except for fare allowance) after he completed the work. The worst part, he said is that many people are now after him.
On the other hand, WAC's informant told him that he was included in the meeting with Rep. Chong in January 2016, and that he received money for his work. However, he said that those who received P500,000 and P950,000 are now both missing and presumed dead. And although he did not mention their name, he said they were IT professionals.
Suarez, who WAC earlier mentioned as a nephew of a Senate Minority Leader from Quezon, noted that two groups are now offering money to him – one is for him come out and reveal everything, and other to keep him silent. He added that after the third meeting with Chong, two of his companions were haunted until they reached Naga, and were killed.
Nevertheless, the person from the Poe-Escudero camp said the mastermind of the killings is a someone working for Sen. Franklin Drilon. Suarez then said that the suspects were approached thru a third party, adding that his 'bosses' owe him payment for 2 provinces, and that the cost of work per province is P1 million.
