Noynoy Aquino Promised in 2010 to Sign Waiver to Open Bank Accounts But Changed His Mind in 2012

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV has been consistent in demanding President Rodrigo Duterte to sign a waiver to open his bank account. This is line with his allegations that the president has over P2 billion hiding in several bank accounts. In fact, the Liberal Party (LP) ally senator said his documents came from the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
