Carmelino "Miling" Ibañez, the suspect of the Bulacan massacre where he killed 5 people including 3 children was arrested by San Jose del Monte Police at around 6 pm, Wednesday, June 28, just one day after he committed the crime, along with 2 others. When he was presented to the media, he admitted the crime and asked for forgiveness from the family of his victims.

UCPB Admits Ownership of P32M Cash Seized in CDO Port, Trillanes Reacts

United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) admitted that they are the owners of the P32-million cash that was intercepted from the bank employee by authorities in a port in Cagayan de Oro last Sunday, June 25. The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) confiscated the cash, which is set for transfer for Cebu, and held the man for further questioning.

CBCP 'Agrees' on Alleged Maute Offer to Release Hostage Priest in Exchange of Maute Parents
