Doris Bigornia Asks Pres Duterte, “Sir, Kelan Ho Ulit May Matumba Na Mayor?” Best Reply Ever (Video)

ABS-CBN's senior reporter Doris Bigornia asked President Rodrigo Duterte a sarcastic question, “Sir, kelan ho ulit may matumba na Mayor? (Sir, when will another Mayor be killed?).” But instead of getting offensive, the president replied with a more sarcastic answer. Watch the video below, and read the negative reactions of netizens against her.

Last Wednesday, August 2, President Duterte attended the 113th Founding Anniversary of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) at the BIR National Office, Quezon City. During the Q&A with the media, some of the questions focused on the recent police raid at Ozamiz City, where Mayor Reynaldo Parojinog Sr., his wife Susan, and 14 others were killed.

For Bigornia's part, she first asked President Duterte if he would justify the claims of some people that the Parojinog operation was overkill. The president replied, "The police and the military should make sure that their enemies are dead. Otherwise, if the other guy could still pull the trigger, you will end up with a dead police or a dead military soldier."

The president added that Mayor Parojinog's security made the first shot and the authorities had no choice but to fight back. He reiterated that the Parojinog clan are known in their area as illegal drugs traffickers. In 2016, President Duterte mentioned the mayor and his daughter Vice Mayor Nova Princess Parojinog in his list of narco-politicians.

But for her follow up question to President Duterte, the ABS-CBN reporter asked him as to when another mayor will be eradicated. "Depende nalang sa intriga mo kung saan mas marami.” (It depends on your intrigues as to where there are many of them.)” The president replied, who is known for his sarcastic comments and not easily being bullied.

As expected, tons of netizens got furious on how Doris Bigornia asked such question to the president. According to some of netizen, the ABS-CBN reporter was so disrespectful to him, considering that comes from mainstream media. Nevertheless, many of them applauded the president's response, saying that Doris only got what she deserved.
