“Hindi ko alam kung nasa eksena ako ng Titanic kanina. Sa pelikula ko lang napapanood ‘to eh. Pero ang masasabi ko lang, kahit madapa ka, kailangan mo pa ring bumangon at i-roll ang camera” Remitio wrote as the caption for his video, adding that the multitude of Black Nazarene devotees suddenly went ballistic for food and water.

(I don’t know if I was in a scene at Titanic earlier. I only see something like this in the movies. But one thing I can say, even if you stumble and fall, just get up and continue rollin the camera.)

Remitio added that some of Black Nazarene devotees almost fell into the catering tables during the commotion, and the owners had no choice but to push them out of the gate. As you watch the video, you will see that the servers food tried hard to stop the people who were scrambling to get food from the buffet table like hungry predators.

You will notice that the person taking the video went out of balance during the commotion, as women scream on top of their voices. One of them can be heard demanding the Black Nazarene devotees to leave the house. At some point, you can also see the legit visitors of the event, and some men forcing the undisciplined devotees.

According to CNN Philippines, the owner of the house said that their gates are usually open as they hold a private gathering every year during the Black Nazarene procession. However, it was the first time the devotees were aggressive enough to gatecrash. Some of them sustained minor injuries but were immediately treated by medical volunteers.
