Recalling the video of the incident, which was first uploaded at Gadget Addict Facebook page on Sunday, February 11, Chezka and her boyfriend (who was later identified as Josh Caadan) can be seen in a motorcycle when they were stopped by MMDA enforcers at Visayas Avenue, Quezon City, because she is not wearing a helmet.
As some point, she went cursed at one of the MMDA enforcers and even tried to hurt her as well as person taking the video. According to the ‘helmet girl,’ she was insulted when they laughed at her upon learning that she did not wear her helmet because she used it to store her food. ”Eh may binili kaming ulam (at sa helmet nilagay)” She said.

It turned out that MMDA enforcers at Road 3 also stopped them around 15 minutes earlier, ago, and issued them a traffic ticket for the same violation. As expected, she earned bashers on social media. On her Facebook post Sunday, Cheska admitted she violated a serious traffic violation, but defended her behavior towards the MMDA enforcer.
“Nung irereklamo ko kayo, lumipat kayo sa kabilang kalsada kahit di pa ako tapos sinasabi ko. Bakit? Porket alam nyo bastos ang kasamahan nyo! Di naman sya humuli at nag ticket pero umepal! Well, aminado kami sa violation namin, pero the fact na pagtatawanan at kukutyahin nyo kami habang nagtatanong kami ng maayos!” Bautista wrote.

Meanwhile, some commentators on the viral video claimed they are also working at Alorica Philippines, and that the incident has already reached the knowledge of the management. According to them, Chezka Bautista was asked to report immediately to the HRD (Human Resources Division) office so she can explain her side on the issue.
However, they said that Alorica is very strict when it comes to behavior, especially to customer representatives who talk directly to customers. It is therefore being believed that she will be fired from job, and most likely to ban her from working for similar companies. As of posting, Alorica and Bautista have not yet commented on this matter.
