Robredo Apologizes for Holocaust Memorial Photo, Begs Germany to Lift Persona Non Grata

Vice President Leni Robredo finally apologized after she was heavily criticized for posing at the Holocaust Memorial, a memorial in Berlin dedicated to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust, a genocide during World War II that killed around 6 million Jews. She also begged the German government to lift the persona non grata against her.

The German government has declared Vice President Leni Robredo as persona non grata, along with some members of the Liberal Party (LP) who joined the group photo on top of the Holocaust Memorial, a memorial in Berlin dedicated to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust, a mass genocide during World War II that killed around 6 million Jews.
