PNP Prepares to Arrest Trillanes Anytime After Duterte Revoked Amnesty
The Philippine National Police (PNP) led by its chief Oscar Albayalde is now preparing to arrest Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV anytime. This development comes after President Rodrigo Duterte revoked the amnesty granted to the senator by former president Benigno ‘Noynoy’ Aquino III back in December 2010, a few months after the presidential election.

12 Priests to be Reassigned After Duterte Threatened to Expose Church Scandals
At least twelve Filipino priests will be reassigned in various provinces and cities this coming July, an official of Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) confirmed Monday, June 18. This is after President Rodrigo Duterte threatened to expose the alleged scandals and corruption inside the Catholic Church in the country.

Police Finds 2 Condoms Inside Priest’s Wallet, Recovered From Pickpocket
A notorious pickpocket (mandurukot) was arrested in Quiapo, Manila on Sunday, June 17. This is after a woman immediately reported to a policeman she saw shortly after she noticed that her purse was missing. But searching the bag of the suspect, police found several other wallets, including a wallet of a Catholic priest that has 2 condoms inside.

Bam Aquino Slams Free MRT Rides for Soldiers, “Dapat pati teachers libre din”
The Department of Transportation (DOTr) is giving all active members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) free rides via the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) for a year starting Wednesday, April 25. But while this wonderful gesture from the government pleased the public, Liberal Party (LP) Senator Bam Aquino is not totally satisfied.
