ASEAN Summit Protesters Gave Money to Manila Street Dwellers But Ordered Them to Hide, Not Ordered by DSWD

It was the protesters who forced the street dwellers in Manila to hide during the 31st Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit and Related Meetings, and was not ordered by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). This is after some news reports said that a street dweller claimed that the order came from the DSWD.

Fourteen protesters against the recent ASEAN Summit in Manila are willing to stand as witnesses against Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (Bayan) Secretary General Renato Reyes and former Bayan Muna Rep. Teddy Casiño. This is after the Manila Police District (MPD) filed the appropriate charges against the militant group leaders last Tuesday.

‘Keyboard Army’ Member Admits Earning P500 Daily by Pretending to be DDS and Hack Their Facebook Accounts

A member of the the so-called ‘keyboard army’ admitted that he is being paid P500 a day by pretending to be one of the supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte or DDS (Duterte Diehard Supporters), but later will hack their Facebook accounts. The purpose is to stop or at least reduce the number of Duterte supporters who are active in social media.
