A 16-year old tricycle driver Santa Mesa, Manila was stabbed by a man, who was irritated by the loud noise from his vehicle’s muffler (tambutso). The untoward incident happened on Thursday, October 5, and was caught on CCTV in the said area. At first, the suspect talked to the victim and left. But shortly, he went back and stabbed him.
