Watch: Man Stabs 16-Year Old Tricycle Driver Over Very Noisy Muffler (Video)

A 16-year old tricycle driver Santa Mesa, Manila was stabbed by a man, who was irritated by the loud noise from his vehicle’s muffler (tambutso). The untoward incident happened on Thursday, October 5, and was caught on CCTV in the said area. At first, the suspect talked to the victim and left. But shortly, he went back and stabbed him. Solon Plans to Ban Facebook Free Data in the Philippines, Explains How It Can Help Pinoy Netizens

A lawmaker from Mindanao is now planning to author a bill that would seek the ban of using free, but limited use of the Internet, particularly via smartphones.
