A lawmaker from Mindanao is now planning to author a bill that would seek the ban of using free, but limited use of the Internet, particularly via smartphones. Apparently, the idea came two days after the Senate hearing on fake news, wherein the so-called Facebook free data was mentioned by one of the resource speakers that day.
