Tanauan City, Batangas Mayor Antonio Thoni Halili is known for his "Walk of Shame," where drug suspects and thieves are being paraded in the streets. But recently, more than 200 drug surrenderers from city marched in the streets after they graduated from the three-month rehabilitation and reformation program of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
