De Lima Sends Birthday Message to Duterte, “May God Forgive All Your Sins”

President Rodrigo Duterte will turn 73 this Wednesday, March 28. As the oldest Philippine president at the age of 71, he plans to stay in his hometown in Davao City this Holy Week to celebrate his birthday. But of all people, jailed senator Leila de Lima was the one of the firsts to send him a birthday message, saying that she hopes God will forgive him.

De Lima Regrets Going to Philippine Heart Center, “Diktador Din Nga Pala Nagpagawa Nun!”

Detained Senator Leila de Lima was allowed to be set free temporarily from prison at the Philippine National Police Custodial Center on Monday, March 12, and went to the Philippine Heart Center in Quezon City for a medical check-up. But while she was happy that her request was granted, she regrets being brought to the said hospital.

Jailed Senator Leila de Lima was not allowed to personally greet her former lover-bodyguard, Ronnie Dayan this Valentine’s Day. This is after a court denied her request for a temporarily release from her detention cell inside Camp Crame, in Quezon City, this Wednesday, February 14. Nevertheless, she was allowed to send a Valentine’s card.

Ronnie Dayan Now a “Changed Man,” Sen Leila De Lima Not Convinced

Ronnie Dayan, the former driver-lover and alleged bagman of Senator Leila de Lima is now a changed man, according to his relative. This is more than two months after the Seventh-day Adventist Church Prison Ministry baptized him inside his prison cell in Muntinlupa City Jail in early October. However, the detained senator is not convinced.

Pope Francis’ Rosary Gift Not for Sen de Lima, PNP Chaplain Apologizes

Last Sunday, Senator Leila de Lima revealed that she received a rosary from Pope Francis as a gift for her. But while she expressed her gratitude to the Pope, the real receipt is another female prisoner, and not her. It was learned the PNP (Philippine National Police) Chaplain made a mistake, and got confused with the name on the package.

Vice President Leni Robredo on Sunday morning, August 20 visited the wake of Kian Loyd delos Santos, the 17-year-old Grade 11 student who was killed during an Oplan Galugad operation in Barangay 160, in Caloocan City last Wednesday night. Likewise, Senator Leila de Lima said she also wanted to visit Kian's wake, and will ask the court to allow her.

Liberal International President Juli Minoves Not Allowed to Visit De Lima in Jail, Netizens React

Liberal International (LI) president Juli Minoves has been barred from visiting Senator Leila de Lima at the Philippine National Police (PNP) custodial center in Camp Crame. this Saturday, July 21. However, LI’s Human Rights Committee chair Markus Loening and Friedrich Naumann Foundation-Philippines president Wolfgang Heinze were allowed.

De Lima Asks for TV in Jail, After Court Denied her Request to Attend President Duterte's 2nd SONA

Jailed Senator Leila de Lima is now asking for a TV set to be placed inside her prison, at the Philippine National Police (PNP) custodial center in Camp Crame. This is after a court denied her request to personally attend to President Rodrigo Duterte's second State of the Nation Address (SONA), on Monday, July 24 at the Batasang Pambansa Complex.
