This comes after an arrested drug lord mentioned in his sworn affidavit that former DILG Secretary Mar Roxas and Senate Minority Floor Leader Franklin Drilon as the top drug lord protectors in their hometown region.

Former DILG (Department of the Interior and Local Government) Secretary Mar Roxas and Senate Minority Floor Leader Franklin Drilon are the top drug lord protectors in the Visayan region. This is according to a sworn affidavit of suspected drug lord Ricky Suarez Serenio, who was arrested last January 8 at his hideout in Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
