Sereno, Morales Should Accept President Duterte’s Challenge to Resign With Him, Ex-SolGen Explains Why

Chief Justice (CJ) Maria Lourdes Sereno and Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales and should accept the challenge of President Rodrigo Duterte to resign with him, according to former Solicitor General Florin Hilbay. That is, if CJ Sereno and Ombudsman Morales still wanted to return to government offices, and don’t want Duterte to become president again.

President Rodrigo Duterte this Monday, July 17 described Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales' recommendation to file charges against former president Benigno 'Noynoy' Aquino III over the Mamasapano massacre.is destined to fail.
