Theresa Casiño has decided to downgrade his rape case to sexual assault, which is a bailable offense. The victim is a 19-year old fellow TNT contender, whose name remains withheld.

Singer Noven Belleza, who became the first grand champion of “Tawag ng Tanghalan” (TNT), a singing contest portion at ABS-CBN's noontime show “It’s Showtime,” is now facing rape charges. He was arrested last Sunday early morning, July 16, after his guest performance in Vice Ganda’s "Pusuan Mo si Vice Ganda" concert, held in Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City.
