Comelec Disqualifies Alejano's Nephew From Running for SK Chairman

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has disqualified a nephew of Magdalo Rep. Gary Alejano from running in this Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections this May. The reason? Alejano’s nephew filed his certificate of candidacy on Saturday, April 14 to run for SK chairman in Negros Occidental, but the SK poll is now implementing the anti-dynasty law.
